We seek to undermine the stigma of a tattoo parlor and replace it with a state-of-the-art facility with artists focused as much on health and safety practices as well as providing exceptional custom tattooing and body piercing! Our studio provides private rooms, with Personal & Professional Services in a clean and sterile environment. We are inspected annually by the Bristol Board of Health and maintain all current licensing permits. Monthly spore tests are completed by an independent laboratory verifying that our sterilization equipment is maintaining Hospital level sterilization.

Hartford County Tattoo LLC subscribes to the health and safety practices established by OSHA in the handling of blood borne pathogens in the work place. Each artist holds a current certificate in Blood Borne Pathogen training issued from the Red Cross. Owner Chad Lockhart is a certified Red Cross Instructor in Blood Borne Pathogen training!
