| Hello, my name is Stephen "Angel" McCulley and I have been a tattoo artist since September of 2001. I was trained under Mark Savarkis of Tattoo International. His 20+ years of experience was able to really solidify my foundations in tattooing. I really take pride in my career and strive for my clients to be 100% satisfied with the work I am doing for them.
